Return Policy


Gone Bananas wishes to guarantee and maintain maximum satisfaction in your purchasing experience. We aim to provide you with a memorable experience with us by providing you with the exceptional customer service you expect and deserve



If for any reason you are not satisfied, please make a claim within 7 days of your purchase.
Gone Bananas will provide a credit note or exchange as detailed below.

NOTE: All returns and exchanges will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

IMPORTANT: Proof of purchase (sales receipt) must be presented in all cases.

What you need to make a claim
To return a product purchased online, you must have:
• Order number
• Email address used for the purchase
• Proof of purchase (original invoice, and in some cases credit card billing) • Product(s) the claim is made on
• Photos (if applicable) to support your claim


To return a product purchased in-store, you must have:
• Proof of purchase (original invoice, and in some cases credit card billing) • Product(s) the claim is made on
• Photos (if applicable) to support your claim
Claim on Perishables
Claims for perishable must be made within 72 hours of the purchase date.
Claims on Non-defective Products
Gone Bananas will provide a credit note or exchange of products purchased from our store within 7 days of the purchase on the conditions that the product is in the same condition upon sale, based on the following:

• Product has been unused
• Product is in its original packaging including the original seal (where applicable)
• Product is accompanied by all original accessories that have not been defaced, including original tags, original leaflets, instructions for use and guarantees.

Timeframe
• In the case of purchase at our airport duty free store, any claims for refunds or exchanges must be made within 60 days from the purchase date
• In the case of purchase at our local retail store, any claims for refunds or exchanges must be made within 7 days from the purchase date.

Claims on Defective Products
Gone Bananas will provide a credit note or exchange of products purchased in our stores that prove to have a manufacturing defect within 7 days of the purchase.
For defects covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, customers should contact the manufacturer directly.
Special Claims - Jewelry and Handbags
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item to us within 7 days from the date of purchase.
Claims on Jewelry will be treated case by case.
Gone Bananas will provide a credit note or exchange for Handbags within 7 days of the purchase on the conditions that the product is in the same condition upon sale, based on the following:

• Product has been unused
• Product does not have visible marks or damage after purchase
• Product is in its original packaging including the original seal (where applicable)
• Product is accompanied by all original accessories that have not been defaced, including original tags, original leaflets, instructions for use and guarantees.

Items labeled “ALL SALES FINAL” at checkout cannot be returned or exchanged.
Customs Allowances
Customs allowances are different according to the legislation of each country. It is the customer's responsibility to be aware of such limits and restrictions.

Gone Bananas is not held responsible for any confiscated products, due to non-compliance with current Customs allowance legislation of the destination or connection country.

All returns and exchanges are subject to applicable local law.
Return and Exchange Restrictions
Gone Bananas does not accept returns or exchanges for merchandise purchased from other retailers.

Gonebananastt.com cannot accommodate exchanges at this time. You will need to return the item (in-store) and place a new order.

The following are not eligible for returns or exchanges:
• Items with original packaging opened, defaced or unsealed and items that have been used.
• Items marked "ALL SALES FINAL" upon checkout are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Items that are ON SALE and ON PROMOTION (except if the item is defective, provided that the item was not used or damaged after purchase)
• For hygienic and other reasons, the following items cannot be refunded or exchanged: earrings, in-ear headphones, books, items that pass the labelled 'Best Before Date' after the date of purchase, personalized items, or items altered/adjusted after the original sale.
