The wine is bright clear pale gold, revealing a consistent bead of small bubbles. It has a fresh forward aromatic nose, slightly floral with attractive fruity overtones reminiscent of sherbet with honey accents. Medium to full body it has a wonderful concentration of fresh fruit with hints of pears and tropical fruits. The fruity character explodes across the palate lifted by a fine mousseux, which also contributes to the wines fruity freshness. A charming fruity wine with a long lingering finish that is easy to enjoy especially in the summer.

Grapes are vinified on their skins (cryomacerated) at a low temperature of 0-2℃ for about 24-26 hours; the second fermentation takes places in autoclaves in accordance with the Charmat method at a temperature of 12-14℃ for about 15-25 days, this is followed by the aging on its own lees for about 4-5 weeks.
Serving Temperature: 4-6℃.
Excellent as an aperitif, perfect pairing with desserts, pastry, fruit pies, ice cream, great with herbed and seasoned cheeses
