General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

Delivery Locations Available

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses outlined in our [Zones].
Any shipments outside of the outlined [Zones] are not available at this time.

Delivery Schedule and Time

Orders will be delivered by Zone and according to the schedule indicated above. Please refer to the schedule to see which delivery days your Zone is included in.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within [7] business days of the date of your order.
Business days are Monday to Friday, except holidays. Please note we do not ship on weekends at this time.
Orders must be placed by 2PM to meet any next-day scheduled date
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed.

Delivery Instructions

Please provide any special delivery instructions in the “Order Notes” section on the check-out page of our website.

Our Delivery Drivers

Our delivery driver will call you on the day of your zoned scheduled delivery.

They will indicate:
When you can expect your order to arrive
The vehicle number and description of the vehicle you should expect them in
They will be wearing a company uniform for identification as well (either York Garments Ltd. or Gone Bananas)

Methods of Payments

Please note we do NOT accept CASH payments for Orders delivered.
Methods of payment upon collection include: VISA, MASTERCARD, LINX

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be made minimum 24 hours in advance of scheduled delivery

Acceptance of Goods

Please inspect your Order upon delivery to ensure you have received all the items and items are undamaged.
Delivery is deemed complete when the Goods have been unloaded at the point of delivery specified and the delivery has been signed for by an authorised agent or representative of the Buyer. At this point the Buyer agrees to accept the goods in its received condition.

Uncollected Orders

Uncollected order will be scheduled for next week delivery
Failure to collect your Order after two times delivery attempt, your Order will be cancelled and subject to a restocking fee

Refund Policy

No refund due to buyer's remorse.
No refund or exchange on opened or damaged products after delivery has been accepted.
